The white female doctor or nurse was not helpful at all, lack of competence made her very argumentative and no compassion, told her I kept getting sick for month so I think I need some help, her first reaction is: “actually that’s not true!” With her eyes big open. How is I need some help from doctors not true to her? Otherwise why are they want to see me and want me to come asap? Irrational, emotional and unprofessional. Honestly if someone’s ego is so fragile you probably shouldn’t be a doctor or nurse(idk since you didn’t introduce yourself and also told me you don’t want read the digital notes the nurse took the day before, which she was much more throughly than you) from there I knew it’s gonna be one that thinks she knows everything and she’s not gonna listen to her patients and any kind of differed opinion will make her defensive. I insist her to refer ENT for me, she finally agreed but had me waited in the room for more than 30mins. At the end I knew she’s trying to do this to get her little “revenge” to make her patient’s life misery, she’s not gonna help me. So I walked out, those nurses obviously knew what’s going on so they just said “bye!” I’ve never had any doctor’s

Never come here the worst doctors office you could ever go to. I would not recommend this doctor’s office. It’s extremely difficult to see your actual physician, and you’re often required to travel a considerable distance for tests. The front desk staff, nurses, and medical assistants are not helpful, and the overall experience is very frustrating. Wait times are excessive, and you’re repeatedly asked to provide your medical history because you’re often seen by unfamiliar providers.

They stayed on time and provided great service. They were following patient safety protocols to keep workers as well as patients safe from Covid19. I drive a little over an hour to this location as my primary is here and he is exceptional!
